However, Dr. K says most people eat far too many foods that harm our brains — like foods containing sugar and trans fats — and not enough good foods that help our brains.
He says: “The science is clear: foods high in refined sugar and trans fats can harm your memory. And considering that sugar is found in nearly 75% of foods on supermarket shelves, it’s no wonder many people suffer from memory issues.”
Just remember it’s always your food choice and the only thing we do more is to breathe secondly is to drink the liquid. All of which are polluted, and added chemicals are rampant in the food industry.
