Lactaid Milk Recall
Lactaid brand lactose-free milk has been recalled in 27 states, including Florida, due to potential almond traces that could pose a risk to those with nut allergies.
Though no illnesses related to the potentially contaminated milk have been reported, the FDA says those with nut allergies may risk a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Manufacturer HP Hood issued the recall for 96-ounce cartons of the milk. Customers can check the SKU codes on their milk to determine if it’s included in the recall. See the chart here.
